Black Pepper: Piper nigrum 

Black pepper contains a powerful antioxidant called piperine.

Prevents damage to cells by free radicals.

Studies have shown that it has a cholesterol lowering effect and also increases the effect of cholesterol lowering supplements.

In experimental studies, it is stated that it slows replication of cancer cells and leads to death of these cells.

Black pepper is a plant seed that can be safely taken orally for children and adults.

Clove:  Syzygium Aromaticum

Cloves are used in traditional medicine for the symptomatic treatment of small inflammations in the mouth or throat.

Cloves temporarily relieve toothache.

Black seed: Semen Nigellae Sativae

Nigella sativa has many different chemical ingredients including thymoquinone (TQ) (30- 48%), flavonoids, anthocyanins, alkaloids and essential fatty acids, particularly linoleic and oleic acid.

It has been traditionally used for the treatment of different diseases such as respiratory and digestive disorders, kidney and liver dysfunction and rheumatic diseases.

A lot of studies have indicated many medical properties of black seeds, including immunomodulatory activities as well as anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidative effects.

Some studies have show that taking black seed powder can improve blood sugar levels in people with diabetes. Black seed might also improve levels of cholesterol in people with diabetes.

Fig Seeds:  Ficus Carica

Early research suggests that a product made from fig leaves may reduce insülin requirements in people with type 1 diabetes. It also seems to lower blood sugar levels after eating.
